I've established this Al Policy to inform everything I do for you. Like Al itself, this policy is a work in progress and will evolve as the technology evolves.
Ensuring Human Oversight and Accountability

Human/AI Collaboration
- Human in the Loop: I believe Al technologies can benefit humanity, but only if humans are fully involved in deciding how they're used. This is called the "Human in the Loop" approach to Al, and I commit to staying "in the loop" every time I use Al in my work for you.
- Al as Assistant: Al will never be the sole "author" of anything I do for you. I will use it to help me draft copy, conduct general demographic research, be a sounding board for ideas, etc., but the work I produce will be my own and will be based on the needs of your specific business.
Ethical Use of AI
- Transparency: I will always communicate when and how Al tools are being used in my work for you.
- Bias and Fairness: I will make every effort to address bias if it arises in outputs from Al systems.
- Accountability: I am solely responsible for all work product I produce for you. Al will be used to assist, not replace, human judgment.
Data Privacy & Security
- Protecting your IP: I will not add any strategic, proprietary, or protected information into an Al tool without your written permission.
- Client Consent: I will obtain written consent from you before using your data in Al applications.
- Data Protection: Any data I receive from you will be saved on a password-protected, encrypted server that you will have access to.
Compliance & Policy Updates
- Compliance: I will comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding data protection and Al use, including HIPAA and other industry regulations.
- Updates: I will stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and adjust the Loop Al policy accordingly.
