My name is Matt Cyr, and for nearly 30 years I've helped healthcare and higher education organizations market themselves more effectively, make their brands stand out and embrace new technologies.

  • As a senior agency leader, I’ve been a strategic partner to senior leaders at some of the top institutions in the world, including MIT, Cornell and University College London.
  • I led digital marketing teams at Boston Children’s Hospital, Northeastern University and Clark University.
  • I’ve been a digital innovator, leading my former digital agency's AI initiative, and bringing Boston Children’s Hospital into the social media era, including speaking at SXSW.
  • I’ve been very successful at bringing in new agency business, having sold more than $20M of services at my former agency.
  • I’ve developed thought leadership content on a variety of topics, including AI, higher education enrollment and healthcare marketing.

  • I led the AI initiative at my previous company, developing AI solutions for our clients and training marketing teams on the use of AI.

Why Loop?

AI is progressing so fast that many people feel lost or left behind. They know there's potential to improve their personal and professional lives, but aren't sure where to begin.

I created Loop to help bridge that gap. Loop's services are built on the idea that AI technologies can benefit humanity, but only if humans are “in the loop” and guiding the creation and use of AI tools.

And the only way to get in the loop is to understand what AI can – and can't – do.
