Klarna All in On...Humans?!

Last year, Klarna CEO Sebastian Siemiakowski said his company would no longer be hiring human beings for customer service roles. He was convinced AI could "already do all of the jobs that we, as humans, do." Last week he caused whiplash when he tweeted that "in a world of AI nothing will be as valuable as humans!" and "we are going to kick off work to allow Klarna to become the best at offering a human to speak to!!!" 🤔
